In a big Chili pot empty one of the seasoning envelops, all the cans and measure the water on the tomato juice can; add. Place on high until boiled. Add last seasoning envelop to ground beef and 3/4 cups of water; mix well. Lastly, add the ground beef to Chili pot, mix and add sugar. Let cook for 1 hour.
